Complained via the five guys complaint system two-three weeks ago and had no response. I ordered two burgers for me and a work colleague. When I was in the waiting area I could see my order being prepared.The man preparing my order had NO gloves on and NO mask. Bearing in mind we have a pandemic going on.I suffer from anxiety so confrontation or complaining to the staff direct was not an option for me. I had to throw away the burgers as I didn't feel as though they were safe to eat.This was my first time going to a five guys restaurant and I was so disappointed especially for the price I paid.

Never again waste of money I could’ve made one out from the tin which would of cost me probably £1.50 they charge £6 please don’t buy one get McDonald’s instead you get more for your money....

Probably the most disgusting burger in the world, I'd prefer to eat one from a greasy spoon. Save yourself the trouble and the huge expense and go gourmet burger kitchen, hell go Mcdonalds that's better.

Great food but the sloppy service and clear lack of management and quality control let's it down. Which is frustrating because it's so expensive. At these prices you expect quality and consistency, the later is letting them down. Easily fixed with a shake up of standards and management. Canterbury branch.

Great food in five guys! It’s expensive but what you get is so good!

I just ordered £25 worth of food from Solihull Five Guys. No fries. No ketchup. No mayonnaise. No banana in my milkshake. I called the restaurant ...the ,Manager would not give me her name and barely spoke English. She was rude and extremely unhelpful. I will NEVER order from this place again.

Waited for over half an hour for curb side collection. Cars ,customers everywhere . Police also on seen as the cars causing traffic on roundabout. Think five guys need to control amount of orders they accept or alternatively give updates on the app , so you are not left waiting and wondering.

I visited five guys, upper Street at 5.30 today. This is definitely a covid safe space. Cleanliness was on point. My daughters need the toilets and even they commented on how clean they were. Delivery drivers wait outside to wait for orders, to keep the shop safe. Great idea guys.The manager, I heard the staff call him Jayden was super friendly, along with his staff.

I have ordered a veggie sandwich.I was expecting grilled mushroom, grilled onion, grilled green pepper.When I got it, the mushroom were boiled sliced small closed cup mushroom, the onion were chopped very small without been grilled and green pepper idem.The look was not appetising at all and when I bit into it, all the mushroom and onion fell out of the bun.In the end I had all the filling on to the wrapper and the only way I could eat it was by fingers, which I didn't because the filling was so small chopped I couldn't pick it up.No flavour whatsoever.I was expecting at least a grilled big Portobello mushroom to replace he meat patty,, as it was a veggie sandwich, not 20 sliced boiled close cup mushroom, which looked like they came out of a jar.

I've been hearing about 5Guys around me but never tried, so one day after the lock down has been lifted I decided to try it.Well...Disappointed! The fries has been thrown in the bag next to the burger like a cocktail, stale tomatoe and social-distances zero. For the expensive prices at least they can use cedar cheese instead of melted cheese.I'm not going there anymore. ?
